Refund policy
We warrant the quality of our products, however if you receive an item that is faulty we will happily exchange your product. Please note, we don't offer refunds for change of mind returns at this point.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange (or refund if deemed necessary), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Downloadable products
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@monaandmoon.com.au.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email hello@monaandmoon.com.au. for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund for a defective or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Amendments to Policy
Mona and Moon reserves the right to amend this refund and returns policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly and will be applicable to future purchases.
